How My Rich Aunt works
My Rich Aunt provides a bridge to homeownership by facilitating investment-backed loans for down payments. Our service enables individuals to enter the housing market without traditional barriers while aligning with all legal and financial regulations to protect our clients and investors.

What do we do?
We make it possible to enter the housing market without saving up the entire down payment.

How do we do it?
We help you match with an investor who will lend you the deposit. You sign a loan agreement and the money is paid out when you sign the purchase agreement.

Terms and conditions
You pay no ongoing interest on the loan. Instead, the investor is entitled to an increasing share of the value of your home. You agree on how much when you sign the loan agreement.

This is the amount by which your investment will grow each year as a percentage of the value of the property. This can be between 0.5% and 2% depending on the risk and agreement with the borrowers. Your investment also increases in line with house prices.
